Interested clients may send in the documents to be translated via email or fax for a free quote. Alternatively, you may click on Pricing/Quotations where an electronically formulated questionnaire will guide you through to a "quick quote".

We will send you, normally within one business day, an official quotation by fax or email with the details of your order, including the nature of translation, price, delivery schedule and payment terms. Clients will need to fax return a signed copy of the quotation to signify acceptance.

Translation work will begin once we receive your confirmation and full specifications of the job required. Where necessary, project meetings will be set up to clarify specific client requirements.

The work commissioned to us will be handled with consummate expertise and strict confidentiality. Under a team approach, editors check the final proof-reading to uphold quality standards. Our in-house Quality Management Programme attests to the Company's capability to meet even the most demanding customer needs and quality objectives.

The normal processing time will be subject to the following schedule (negotiable upon request) :

• Below 1,000 words/characters : 1-2 business days
• 1,000-2,000 words/characters : 2-3 business days
• 2,000-3,000 words/characters : 3-4 business days
• 3,000-5,000 words/characters : 4-5 business days
• 5,000+ words/characters : negotiated on a project basis

Upon completion, the work will be sent to the client via email, fax, or courier, as required.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: We allow for up to 3 revisions of the work as per reasonable comments made by the client. Further revisions can be made with any further costs incurred borne by the client.
